About

Dan Koboldt works in the Medical Genomics group of the Genome Sequencing Center at Washington University in St. Louis.  His primary focus is the development of pipelines to detect polymorphisms in traditional and next-generation sequence data.  He received bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and French from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a master’s degree in Biology from Washington University.
